Great Book Recommendations

Thank you to all of you that have reached out to me about my first book, Newly Single Woman.

Although I had thought the book would be out by now, this is my first book and as with all new things we do in life, I realized that there are many things I need to learn about the book writing and publishing process. I am diligently working and so excited to bring this content to you in an easy format to support you in building your life powerfully!

In the meantime, I thought it would be good to provide a post here with some great book options for you to read (or listen to - audio books are fantastic for busy people) in the meantime.

These are books I have read and as with all we offer here, we hope they help to inspire you and provide you with new perspectives and concepts that empower you to live the life you love!!

The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins, takes a simple concept and helps us to build a positive trigger that we can access at any time to overcome our hesitations and act on the opportunities that open up to us. Taking action is what will create the momentum, energy, and results that emPower you to build the life you love!

The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson is an easy read that illuminates for us how each decision we make every day either moves us towards the fulfillment of our dreams, or further away from them. Staying on track toward your goals means making decisions that are aligned with your desired outcomes. The book is written in a simple friendly style but provides powerful insights and motivations to those that read it.
